By accessing or using Motivate.vip ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Motivate.vip is a platform that connects users ("Customers") with experts ("Creators") for paid 1-on-1 video consultations. We facilitate the booking, payment processing, and video call infrastructure but are not a party to the actual consultation services provided.
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining account security, all activities under your account, and notifying us immediately of unauthorized use.
For Customers: You agree to pay the listed price for any session you book, plus applicable platform fees. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. For Creators: You will receive your earnings minus our platform fee (12% + $5 per booking). Payouts are processed weekly via Stripe Connect.
Customers may cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. If a Creator fails to attend a scheduled session, the Customer will receive a full refund.
Creators agree to provide accurate information about their qualifications, attend all confirmed sessions on time, provide professional and respectful service, not share Customer contact information outside the platform, and comply with all applicable laws.
You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, harass or harm other users, impersonate any person or entity, circumvent platform fees, share inappropriate content during sessions, or violate intellectual property rights.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of any consultation. Creators are independent contractors, not employees of Motivate.vip.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motivate.vip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
