We collect personal information when you create an account (name, email, profile photo), payment information processed securely by Stripe, and for Creators: bio, expertise, social links, and payout information. We also automatically collect device/browser information, IP address, pages visited, and booking history.
We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments and payouts, send booking confirmations and reminders, facilitate video calls, respond to support requests, send marketing communications (with consent), detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
We may share information with other users (Creators see Customer names; Customers see Creator profiles), service providers (Stripe, Daily.co, Supabase), and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Video calls are facilitated through Daily.co. We do not record video calls unless explicitly requested and consented to by all participants. Daily.co's privacy policy applies to their processing of video call data.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive data, regular security audits, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
